Rejjie Snow Drops Four Tracks Off Debut Album, Dear Annie

written by Jané Greer January 17, 2018

Dublin’s Rejjie Snow recently announced the release of his debut album, Dear Annie.  The 20-track project is set to release on February 16th, but until then, Snow has given listeners some highly anticipated work. Four tracks off the album are now available on your preferred streaming service including the first single “Egyptian Luvr”. The collaboration is a funk wavelength produced by Kaytranada and vocals featuring Dana Williams and Aminé.

In his most recent interview with the FADER, Snow dissected the deeper meaning of the project to come stating, “The song is about your last moments. Tomorrow isn’t promised and we learn this the hard way. In this song, I was in my last moments [of a relationship], telling my girl how much I love her and thank you for this journey we rode. My album has lots of different feelings: I wanted it to feel like you’re slowing dying and losing your mind throughout.”
