The Brooklyn-based rapper, KV, recently premiered some visuals for his gripping track, “Around Me.” The song previously released on SoundCloud three months ago, but still, continues to build traction. Chris Bernard, Jai Marlee, and KV collaborate with The ADZ on creative direction to produce subtle scenes with higher messages. We got a chance to speak with KV on defining the track’s overall mission.

He told us, “No matter what, you gotta be willing to break out of whatever is capable of holding you back. You have to fight for what you stand for. A lot of people feel they’re going to be in the position they’re in, forever, just because of their environment, no; You have the ability to make a change, at least try. Life is full of ups and downs, you just gotta fight for the better position.”

“Around Me” was produced by Bam Marzelli with visuals directed by The ADZ. Watch the official music video below and stay tuned for more news on KV.
